Who we are
Waybill is made and published by SHK Tech Consulting LLC, doing business as Zenaptic Labs, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wisconsin, at 6580 Monona Drive #1029, Monona, WI 53716, United States. Privacy questions and requests under Your rights go to admin@zenapticlabs.com.
The short version
Waybill has no account, in-app purchase, first-party analytics or crash-reporting service. Puzzle progress stays in app storage. If post-solve ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads may receive the limited device, interaction and diagnostic data described below. Waybill requests only non-personalized ads, at most once per solved local day, and you can disable them in Settings.
Local game data
Your streak, results, saved tracks, settings, current board and one-time explanations are stored locally. Android Backup or an iOS device backup may copy that game data under your device and account settings; we cannot read those copies. A separate ad-attempt record stores a random attempt ID, solve date, edition number and timestamps for no more than 32 days. It is excluded from device backup and exists only to enforce the daily cap.
Post-solve ads and data
After a stable successful daily solve, Waybill may ask Google Mobile Ads for one standard interstitial. It never requests an ad during onboarding, puzzle play, a failed or filed run, a warm-up, Settings, sharing, reduced motion, or before the result is stable. Ads do not alter the puzzle, par, score, streak, result, route or sharing.
Google documents that its Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares IP address information that may estimate approximate location, app interactions such as launches and taps, diagnostic and performance information, and device or other identifiers such as App Set ID. Google uses these data for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. Waybill removes Android Advertising ID and AdServices permissions from the final app and requests non-personalized ads only, but non-personalized does not mean anonymous or data-free. Google says SDK data is encrypted in transit with TLS.
Google handles provider data under its own terms and privacy controls and may process it in countries outside yours. We do not receive an account-level event feed, build ad profiles, enable mediation, or join ad activity to your puzzle, support email or share figure. We do not promise a provider retention or deletion period that we do not control.
Your ad choices
The Post-solve ads switch is enabled by default and can be turned off without payment or loss of game functionality. Turning it off cancels loaded inventory and blocks new requests. Privacy Options remains available in Settings whether ads are on or off.
Waybill uses Google's under-age-of-consent treatment. Google documents that, when that treatment is set to true, its User Messaging Platform does not request consent from the user. Waybill therefore does not promise an EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland consent prompt under the current policy. Privacy Options remains reachable in Settings; Waybill refreshes the official state at each launch and does not configure, initialize or request Google ads until the current state permits it. If the official state does not authorize basic ads and device storage, Waybill makes no ad request. Changing or withdrawing an available choice invalidates loaded inventory before another request.
Age treatment
Waybill is intended for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. Ad requests use Google's under-age-of-consent treatment, disable child-directed treatment, request non-personalized ads, and limit creative content to Google's G rating. Google says the under-age treatment disables personalized advertising and remarketing and prevents transmission of the Android Advertising ID. If you believe a child sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
The daily reminder
If enabled, Waybill schedules local 19:00 notifications on your phone and skips solved days. No push token is registered. Turning the reminder off cancels the schedule.
Sharing your result
The share button composes an image and text locally and hands them to the system share sheet. The image includes the track you laid, edition, outcome, track used against par, streak and this site's address. The app you choose next handles it under its policy; Waybill does not upload the share figure.
If you write to us
Email gives us your address and message. We use them to answer you and keep a support thread for at most 24 months after the last message, deleting it sooner if you ask. We do not join support mail to Google ad data because Waybill has no account or common identifier available to us.
This website
These pages use no analytics or advertising scripts. Vercel Inc. hosts them and handles IP address, browser and request data to deliver and secure the site. We do not use those logs to build a profile. Vercel describes its international-transfer safeguards in its published data-processing terms.
Your rights and deletion
Privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to personal-data use and to complain to a regulator. Email us for support records we hold. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes Waybill's local records; device backups are controlled through your device account. The app cannot identify or delete a particular person's Google provider records because it has no account mapping. You can disable ads, use Privacy Options, reset device identifiers through Android settings, and use Google's published privacy controls. We do not sell personal information and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Security
Local records stay in the app sandbox, the ad-cap record is backup-excluded, provider traffic uses TLS, and this website is served over HTTPS. No system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
Before a material practice changes, we will update the effective date, describe the practice here and include it in store release notes. There is no mailing list to notify.
Law and review
This notice does not waive rights privacy law gives you. Where a local rule and this notice disagree, the local rule controls. This policy should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before the ad-enabled release is published.
